The Binational Fulbright Commission in Jordan is pleased to announce an upcoming grant that we are naming: The Paying it Forward Grant, for its Jordanian alumni. The grant will open for applications on July 29th, 2021.

This grant aims to provide funding to Fulbright Jordanian alumni to support them in implementing a project in their local communities that reflects their professional experience, as well as the needs of that community in Jordan.

The objective of this grant is to strengthen the role of the Jordanian Fulbright alumni in their society to promote social responsibility by paying it forward and participating in the development of their local communities.

The eligible programs for this grant are:

• Jordanian Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship (Pre-Doctoral)
• Jordanian Fulbright Scholar Research Award (Post-Doctoral)
• Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA)
• Hubert H. Fellowship Program (HHH)

The Call for Proposal for this grant along with its application and annexes will be issued on the Commission’s website July 29, 2021.
